The decision to transition to My Care Journey is rooted in our commitment to better align with our core purpose and values. We believe that the word “journey” better encapsulates the stages in a person’s life, acknowledging that the journey continues into care rather than ending when someone requires assistance. This new name better reflects the diverse paths and unique journeys that each individual takes.
